Yes, you can access the building 24 hours a day.

Cleaning is carried out every two weeks for both the studios and the common areas. This cleaning service and linen change are included in the price at no extra fee. If you would like additional cleaning, you can check the price at the Node Carabanchel reception or through the resident app.

Yes, you can. For your peace of mind, you can rent covered and uncovered parking spaces at reception for an additional cost. In addition, at Node Carabanchel you can store bicycles, car-share, and use electric scooters/bikes to stay on the move (for a fee).

The Carabanchel team welcomes you from 3:00 pm for check-in and bids you bon voyage at 11:00 am for check-out.

The usual digital or recurring payment methods. If you stay just a few nights, we’ll ask you to pay in advance; if you stay longer than a month, we can quickly set up a recurring SEPA payment. Most of our bookings are made and paid for online.

The living area includes a practical coffee corner equipped with a fridge and microwave, perfect for preparing a relaxed breakfast or a light meal during the day.

Please note that the apartment does not have a kitchen or a range hood.

At Node Carabanchel, we love the idea of creating a welcoming environment for everyone, and we understand how important a pet can be in someone’s life. However, due to internal policy, pets are not allowed to live in this building.

This decision is based on several factors: ensuring smooth coexistence among residents, guaranteeing fair and comfortable use of common areas, and maintaining efficient operations in a large-scale complex like this.

That said, in compliance with Law 7/2023 of March 28 on the protection of animal rights and welfare, assistance dogs — including medical alert dogs or those accompanying people with autism spectrum disorder — are permitted as long as they are properly certified and meet legal requirements.

At Node Carabanchel, we do not manage this procedure. However, we will provide you with your temporary accommodation contract so that the Madrid City Council can give you the necessary guidance to complete it.
